Action Planning
We work with you to identify goals and create an action plan with specific steps for achieving your desired results.

Implementation
Partnering with an ADJ coach, you implement your action plan. The ADJ coach provides you with continuous feedback, guidance and reinforcement through checkpoint meetings and follow-up reviews.

Review and Evaluation
ADJ performs an evaluation measured against original goals. As part of the review, we will link results to business objectives and identify follow-up actions to ensure your on-going success.

Our work with management teams differs from traditional team building. We focus on team development to support execution of strategy. Our management team coaching process addresses individual development, team effectiveness, and achievement of team business objectives. Our management team coaching is designed for newly formed teams as will as existing teams charged with implementing strategy and transformational initiatives.
