Leadership Coaching

Each coaching program is tailored to individual needs. Our approach involves four phases:

Assessment
 
During the assessment phase we develop a complete understanding of your professional and business challenges.

We utilize a variety of assessment instruments and interviewing methods to provide a comprehensive overview of your coaching needs.

We conclude this phase by providing you with objective feedback of the assessment data and together determine your development needs.

Action Planning
 
We work with you to identify goals and create an action plan with specific steps for achieving your desired results.

Implementation
 
Partnering with an ADJ coach, you implement your action plan. The ADJ coach provides you with continuous feedback, guidance and reinforcement through checkpoint meetings and follow-up reviews.

Review and Evaluation
 
ADJ performs an evaluation measured against original goals. As part of the review, we will link results to business objectives and identify follow-up actions to ensure your on-going success.

Management Team Coaching

Our work with management teams differs from traditional team building. We focus on team development to support execution of strategy.
Our management team coaching process addresses individual development, team effectiveness, and achievement of team business objectives. Our management team coaching is designed for newly formed teams as will as existing teams charged with implementing strategy and transformational initiatives.

Each management team development process is uniquely tailored to the requirements of your team and starts with:

  • Assessment to understand the objectives and dynamics of the team.
  • Identification of the strengths and weaknesses of the team to meet its charter.
  • Development of an action plan to close the gap between current situation and desired results.
