We conceived, designed, and delivered a Change Management Program for blue chip manufacturing client. The change initiative was successfully deployed to 7,000 employees in 5 languages, in 170 sites worldwide. The engagement included a needs assessment, communications plan, global deployment strategies, and creation of various workshops geared to leading change and personal mastery of change.
Result: Change Management Program contributed substantially to the ultimate success of best manufacturing practices implementation, merger integration, and to the client's concurrent revenue growth from $800M to $1.2B.
The challenge was to bring together decentralized multi-regional sales teams to form one organization. This newly formed sales team accomplished more in 45 days than they believed humanly possible. The team integrated sales, marketing, and professional services strategies and built a robust sales pipeline. We facilitated the team's efforts to define solutions, design sales process and selling tools, and to design an organization to organization/professional services strategy.
Result: New business strategy and selling model focused a global sales organization's efforts to produce 100% higher revenues.
The challenge was to successfully integrate people, operations and strategy. We led cross-functional international management teams to design centralized organizational model, define business processes, and execute action plans to improve performance.
Result: Global operating strategy leveraged knowledge, skills, and technology of acquired companies to streamline operations, improve cash flow, and provide funding of new products enabling the business to compete in international technology and services market.
