Darryl L. LaFace

Darryl is an innovative, influential, and results-driven strategist and change champion. He leverages his expertise to help companies develop their talent and organizations, increase revenues, and improve business results.

Darryl La Face He gained his knowledge and insights from over more than 24 years in senior management positions in Fortune 50 to pre-IPO start-ups. His experience in international organizations encompasses: planning strategies, hiring and developing key talent and management teams, developing and implementing performance management systems, designing compensation strategies, and facilitating leadership development.

Darryl is frequently engaged by companies to design and implement business processes, to assimilate new or recently acquired leaders, and to position and facilitate large scale systems implementations.

An esteemed coach and consultant, his key strength is his ability to assemble high performing teams and build relationships that lead to tremendous turnaround success and accelerated growth. Darryl has extensive experience in technology, manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, and agriculture. His international work includes organizations in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Germany, Israel, and Japan.

Darryl is a contributing author of education programs and texts that have been distributed internationally and translated into five languages.

He earned his advanced degrees in Educational Psychology and Counseling from the University of Minnesota. Darryl is a member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and the Society for Human Resources Managers (SHRM).

Darryl is co-founder of ADJ Consulting, a people process consulting, performance coaching, and training and development firm based in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.

James K. Bunsa

Jim is an outcome-focused organization consultant with extensive experience in performance improvement. He leverages his expertise in financial and operational measures and metrics to improve the organization's profitability.

With more than 25 years of experience as a consultant and in executive level positions, he has a broad base of experiential knowledge that produce results linked to important business objectives.

Companies engage Jim to drive processes that measure and document improvements, manage change with executives, and build organizational communication plans that engage all stakeholders. Jim's approach builds shared responsibility for outcomes - everyone has vested interest in success. Subsequently, challenges get addressed.

Jim is a long time member of the International Society for Performance Improvement. He is active in both local and national chapters of the American Society for Training and Development and served a past president of the Central Florida Chapter. He is a member of the American Finance Association.

Jim utilizes his knowledge and skills obtained from both the practitioner and academic realms. He teaches in the MBA program for Webster University and is the mentor for the Finance program for the Orlando Metropolitan campuses. He has earned two advanced degrees - two masters including an MBA, and is currently completing his Ph.D. He has authored numerous publications on management style and motivation, and has co-authored training manuals for employee selection and interviewing.
